You can browse available pets by breed and location, place your order through our website, and make a secure payment. After confirmation, we handle safe delivery or arrange a pickup according to your selected option.

We offer:

• Landmark Pickup (₹999): Collect your pet from a designated point like a bus or railway station.

• Doorstep Delivery (₹1999): Delivered directly to your home.

• Express Delivery (₹3999): Fastest option (3–4 days) subject to approval.

• Self Pickup: You can visit our affiliated farm or office and collect your pet yourself.

Yes. All pets shipped through Nearby Pets India are at least 45 days old and have received their first vaccination before delivery. A vaccination certificate is shared before dispatch.

If your pet shows visible health concerns (wounds, blood cuts, hairless patches, etc.) upon delivery, please inform our support team within 4 hours and share photo/video proof. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the case.

• Pets can be returned within 7 days of delivery if verified by a licensed vet for issues like crossbreeding or severe sickness (e.g., Parvovirus or Rabies).

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

• No returns are accepted for handfed chicks due to their sensitive nature.

No, we do not support 100% COD to prevent fraudulent orders. Customers must pay 35% booking fee upfront to confirm their order.

• Cancellation: Must be requested within 3 hours of payment.

• Modification: Can be done within 8 hours of placing the order.

• A 35% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations to cover logistics and veterinary checks.

Refunds or replacements are provided only for cases with verified veterinary reports showing eligible sickness (like Parvovirus or Rabies).
